  • Leadership Program

    Meet the team, understand our service lines, and get excited about your future!

    Start-Up with Frank, Rimerman is a one-day in-person and virtual program aimed to give participants a first look into life at the Firm. During the program, you will receive a warm welcome from our Managing Partner, experience a greater introduction to our service lines, and have the opportunity to network with our professionals and fellow participants.

    The application and interview process for our leadership program is coupled with our Summer Rotational Internship opportunity for the following year. This dual-offer process allows you to gradually build your foundation and connections within the Firm.

     

  • Summer Rotational Internship

    Gain hands-on experience in Tax and Audit!

    Our unique program allows interns to build their accounting foundation by gaining exposure to Tax and Audit. Interns have the opportunity to rotate through each service line, letting them to experience the work, clientele, and department dynamic. We aim to strengthen your knowledge of the accounting profession and help you solidify a long-term career interest.

    As an intern, you can expect to be fully immersed in the firm from the start. You will participate in training, our annual meeting, firmwide socials, and intern-specific activities—there will be no shortage of learning and fun throughout the summer!

  • Rotational Associate Program

    Find your passion in Tax or Audit!

    Looking to start your career in public accounting but still deciding on your area of interest? In our Rotational Associate Program, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the country’s top entrepreneurs and their companies while getting hands-on experience in our Tax and Audit.

    Associates can expect endless learning opportunities across departments via our highly ranked formal and informal training programs. With the service line rotations, training programs, and personalized career counseling, you’ll have the tools you need to identify a long-term interest and make educated career decisions.

  • Departmental Associate Programs

    Are you already confident in your service line of interest? In our Departmental Associate Programs, associates start immediately in their department of interest (Tax or Audit). By joining your selected department directly, you will be immersed in the service line with focused training programs, hands-on work experience, and the chance to build close working relationships across the practice.
